The Outputs page

Outputs in the left navigation gathers everything your workspaces have produced: documents, sheets, decks, apps, files and transfer jobs.

• Filter between Yours and shared, Created by you and Shared with you;
• search by name;
• open, rename, share or remove any item. Each card says which workspace it came from.

Giving the agent files

Attach files in the input, or send a link to a file; the agent can use either. Wait for attachments to finish uploading before you send, and remove any that failed.

Once a file is in the workspace the agent can read it, convert it, or run code on it in the sandbox, and hand the result back.

Downloading results

Open a file output and choose Download file. The download link is issued on demand and works only for your account.

Long-running file jobs

Some jobs don’t fit in one conversation, like exporting a multi-gigabyte video from Baidu Netdisk and publishing it to YouTube. These run in the background as durable operations and survive closed tabs, dropped connections and service restarts:

• files move in parts, each checked, resuming from the last confirmed position;
• the whole file is verified before the job completes;
• the agent doesn’t have to watch; the result appears in Outputs when it’s ready.

Outputs shows each job’s state:

State	Meaning
Waiting for approval	This step needs your approval in Activity
Queued / In progress	Waiting to start / running
Waiting to retry	The other service is temporarily unavailable; it retries on its own
Connection needs attention	The connection expired or lacks access; reconnect it
Paused	Paused; you can resume it
Checking the result	Confirming the final result with the other service
Complete / Failed / Cancelled	Finished / failed / cancelled

A running job can be paused, resumed or cancelled. Pausing and resuming are themselves actions that need approval; a cancelled job can’t be restarted.

Note

Pausing affects only that one operation. Pausing a Netdisk export doesn’t pause the YouTube publish that follows; each connection controls its own job.
