Services are things Gosper runs for your business, on your own pages, for people who never sign in to Gosper. There is one today: Shopify AI Support.
Shopify AI Support
Section titled “Shopify AI Support”Puts an assistant on your store that answers shoppers from live Shopify data (products, prices, stock, policies), the pages you already publish, and your own instructions, in the shopper’s language. No Shopify app or API token needed: you paste one line of code into your theme or Hydrogen storefront.
Turning it on
Section titled “Turning it on”Turn it on from the Gatekeepers page. An AI Support management page then appears under Apps in the sidebar, where the day-to-day setup happens.
To have your agent help — checking how the assistant is doing, or fixing what it gets wrong — add Shopify AI Support as a connection in that workspace. It isn’t added to your workspaces automatically, so store data never reaches a workspace you didn’t choose. Every change the agent proposes waits for your approval.
