Gosper (“we”) provides an AI-agent service. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data we collect
- Account: your email (and OAuth profile if you sign in with Google/GitHub).
- Content: the messages, tasks, files, and results you create with the agent.
- Usage: metering data (GRU consumption, token/tool usage) and basic request logs for reliability and billing.
- Payments: handled by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
2. How we use it
To provide and operate the service, execute your requests, bill usage, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Third-party processors
We use trusted infrastructure, model, storage, integration, and payment processors to deliver the service. Content you send may be processed by those providers only as needed to operate Gosper. When you connect an external app, you authorize access under that provider’s terms.
4. Retention & your rights
We keep your data while your account is active. You may export your data or request deletion of your account and associated content at any time (GDPR/CCPA rights: access, portability, erasure). Contact us or use the in-app account controls.
